SFOC partnered with Rippleworks to design a system for managing user relations.
Solutions for Our Climate (SFOC) is a Korean nonprofit advocacy organization working to align emissions trajectories in Korea and across Asia to be Paris Agreement-compliant. Through a combination of research, communications, litigation, diplomacy, and grassroots organizing, SFOC shifts policymakers, financiers, and businesses to phase out fossil fuels, end their finance, enable the development of genuine renewables, and accelerate industrial decarbonization.
One of SFOC’s top priorities going into this project was designing a system for managing user relations to maximize the impact of SFOC’s vast stakeholder network.
SFOC partnered with Soham Banerji, an experienced leader who has provided strategy and operational support to nonprofit and private sector stakeholders. Together, they:
• Identified key user needs and assessed potential CRM solutions to identify the best CRM for SFOC’s needs.
• Reviewed best practices in configuring CRM system, user training/onboarding, and adoption.
