That’s why we created Rippleworks Leaders Studio, a series of expert-led learning programs designed specifically for social impact organizations. We partner with leading industry executives to run interactive, results-driven learning programs where leaders build the critical skills needed to deliver impact at scale.

Demystify the process of partnering with government, from identifying who holds influence to securing lasting operational partnerships. Includes a global session open to all leaders, followed by regional deep dives for teams working in India and Africa.

Designing for Regional Growth
Moving into new geographies is often a path to scale. In this program, senior leaders will learn how to assess readiness, explore common challenges, and identify the organizational foundations needed to support teams and systems through this growth.
