Managing at Your Best
Scaling social ventures rely on people managers to drive results and effectively manage teams. Transitioning from an individual contributor role to a people manager role is hard. In Managing at Your Best, new and rising people managers will practice proven methods and frameworks to develop the mindset and critical managerial skills to support their team to be at their best. People managers will explore methods to shape a high-trust environment, deliver feedback and coaching, make quick and effective prioritization and delegation decisions, and adapt their leadership and management style in rapidly changing environments.

Driving Organization Results
Scaling social ventures maximize impact when they successfully focus limited resources on the goals that matter most. In Driving Organization Results, senior leaders will delve into building processes to align their organization to their most critical goals, facilitate trade-off discussions, and guide their team members to play an active role and adapt, when needed.

Preparing for Rapid Scaling
Maximizing impact requires periods of fast growth that strain organizations’ processes and teams. In Preparing for Rapid Scaling, CEOs and senior leaders will anticipate common challenges that social ventures encounter when scaling. By exploring the experience of organizations that have scaled before them, they will consider how to prepare and lead their teams through upcoming change.
