Social venture leaders serve their team, organization, and mission most effectively when they are the best version of themselves. In Growing Yourself, leaders will practice tips to re-balance their time and energy, learn techniques to better manage uncertainty, and take home a tool to communicate what helps them be at their best.

Recruiting For Scale

Scaling impact requires scaling social venture teams. In Recruiting for Scale, leaders responsible for their social venture’s organization-wide recruiting practices will apply best practices to effectively scope open roles and practice techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Developing Your Team

One of the most important roles social venture leaders hold is supporting their team members’ learning and growth. In Developing Your Team, leaders will assess skill gaps within their team, practice giving actionable feedback, exercise coaching techniques, and discuss tactics for creating space for each amongst competing priorities.

Shaping Your Employee Experience

Team members are scaling ventures’ most valuable assets and retaining them matters. Ventures look to their People Operations leaders to shape a best-in-class employee experience that will help ventures attract and retain top talent. In Shaping Your Employee Experience, leaders will learn about creating moments that matter throughout the employee experience so that their organization can continue to attract and retain top talent.
