IDEO.org partnered with Rippleworks to develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy

IDEO.org improves lives through design—designing for impact; building partnerships with organizations that know how to bring innovative solutions to life; and continuing to evolve the products, services, and experiences they design even after they’re out in the world.

IDEO’s top priority was making diversity, equity, and inclusion a strategic imperative to retain their team and help it thrive. IDEO partnered with Rippleworks to define its meaning of diversity, equity, and inclusion and prepare to implement an organization-wide DEI initiative.

The project focused on strengthening IDEO.org’s efforts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion and helped us define the terms and develop measurement frameworks that made sense for our organization.

 Our team feels more engaged and energized about our work related to DEI and we have a much clearer direction about where to go from here.

• Analyzed current DEI efforts, then look learnings to define a process and plan to launch a renewed DEI strategy
