Wezesha Impact is a social venture based in Uganda that equips young people with the skills they need to find and create jobs, start and grow businesses, and become civic participants. Wezesha changes the trajectory of earnings over a lifetime for the young people they serve. This increase in income has a transformative impact on their lives, their families, and their communities.

One of Wezesha’s top priorities going into the project was setting clear annual goals and effectively tracking performance. Wezesha partnered with Rippleworks to put in place a new set of OKRs to improve the way their organization sets goals and performs against them.
