Ujamaa Africa partnered with Rippleworks to define their field operations management system to support high-quality program implementation and scale.
Ujamaa Africa’s vision is a world free from gender-based violence (GBV). They have implemented the world’s first GBV prevention program engaging all youth. Ujamaa empowers young people with the skills to prevent and respond to GBV, fostering positive norms and encouraging active intervention to create safer communities.

Ujamaa partnered with Walker Dieckmann, a startup operations leader skilled in building teams and companies. Together, they:
• Implemented new field management processes.
• Developed a tracker to pilot the new processes and assess change and project management at scale.
