TIP Global Health partnered with Rippleworks to define their value proposition and core messaging.

TIP Global Health, established in 2012, operates within existing primary care systems to bolster their capacity in delivering high-quality healthcare, fostering patient engagement, and ultimately leading to long-term improved health outcomes. TIP currently operates in Rwanda, serving 10 districts and a catchment area of 3.2 million people, with plans to expand into Burundi,  Somalia and Nigeria. 

One of TIP’s top priorities going into this project was updating their core messaging to funders and partners.

TIP Global Health partnered with Kat Wendelstadt, an experienced CMO with 10+ years living and working with fast-growth businesses in emerging markets. Together, they:

• Developed a new brand positioning, including revamped vision and mission statements.

• Created a story line to represent TIP’s external operations.

• Identified TIP’s key differentiators and developed a pitch deck.
