The Kelsey partnered with Rippleworks to define their user journey and service map.

People with disabilities experience the highest rates of homelessness, housing discrimination, and housing insecurity in the United States. The Kelsey develops affordable, accessible, inclusive housing communities designed to scale and lead organizing and advocacy to create market conditions so inclusive housing becomes the norm.

One of The Kelsey’s top priorities going into this project was defining their service map to deliver on value proposition to partners.

The Kelsey partnered with Caty Kobe Burt, a leader who specializes in building programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and impact. Together, they:

• Created four profiles of partners to identify and align on needs.

• Held in-person workshops to define the partner experience and value proposition.

• Refined their portfolio of services to align them with partner needs.
