mClinica partnered with Rippleworks to improve the way they drive and measure value

mClinica operates the largest connected network of pharmacies in southeast Asia, connecting over 190,000 pharmacy professionals from 45,000 pharmacies and reaching over 150 million patients. Their core products digitally enable pharmacies to connect, buy, and sell so they can better serve the end patient and improve public health. Currently, mClinica operates in six countries across the region including Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Cambodia.

One of mClinica’s top priorities going into the project was increasing their share of pharmacies’ monthly wallets. mClinica partnered with Rippleworks to improve their e-commerce product team’s approach to driving and measuring value for both their customer and business.

mClinica partnered with Rippleworks Expert David Jesse, an outcome-oriented leader with deep product experience from his time at DoorDash, Prodify, Fetch Rewards, Sprout Social, Groupon, PayPal, and Ebay. Together, they:

• Clarified and enhanced their product Mission, Vision, and Customer Outcomes

• Began incorporating an end-to-end customer journey mapping practice into mClinica’s broader product strategy

• Enhanced mClinica’s existing product roadmap and related practices/processes

• Learned best practices, considerations, and recommendations for a product org structure and how mClinica might apply them
