Integrate Health’s mission is to make primary care accessible for everyone across Africa. Since 2004, Integrate has worked alongside the Togolese government to provide home-based healthcare to more than 200,000 people in northern Togo (as of 2021) using a proactive case-finding model. Data collected in partnership with the Government of Togo’s Ministry of Health at one of Integrate’s operating sites showed a 30 percent reduction in under five mortality after six years—compared with a 14 percent national reduction after the same period.

One of Integrate’s top priorities going into the project was supporting their growth and national expansion. Integrate partnered with Rippleworks to refresh their org design, including org structure, reporting structures, and HR forecasting process, to support their growth and equity goals.
