Since 2004, Integrate Health has been committed to bringing quality primary healthcare to everyone across francophone West Africa, starting in Togo and Guinea. Working alongside governments, Integrate Health delivers a community-based primary healthcare model that improves access to care and reduces maternal, newborn, and child mortality.
One of Integrate’s top priorities going into the project was effectively communicating their strategic plan to support their ability to retain and attract new funding from government and technical partners.
Integrate Health partnered with Stephanie Schenk, an international executive with 15+ years of experience in strategic communications, brand marketing, and stakeholder engagement for nonprofits, international organizations, and corporations. Together, they:
