Venture: iKure TechSoft
iKure is a population health management company that meets primary healthcare and prevention needs through a unique combination of health outreach initiative, skills development and technology intervention.

Expert: Kathy Jeffery
Chief People Officer, Element Science, Inc.

iKure partnered with Rippleworks to design a talent management system to support upcoming growth.

iKure TechSoft is on a mission to deliver affordable, accessible healthcare to 50 million people by 2025. In India, where 876 million rural residents face severe healthcare gaps—with only 20% of infrastructure in rural areas—iKure’s hybrid model bridges the divide. Their hub-and-spoke clinics, supported by proprietary technology and community health workers, provide primary care at the village level and connect patients to higher-level services via telemedicine.

One of the iKure’s top priorities going into the project was retaining and growing their staff to achieve iKure’s ambitious growth targets.

iKure partnered with Kathy Jeffery, a People and Culture strategist with 15+ years of experience as a senior leader in diverse facets of People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Development. Together, they:

• Developed a competency-based framework spanning healthcare to technical roles

• Tailored competencies, structured mentorship, and provided clear performance metrics

• Created strategic action plans, a mentoring program, competency matrices, a KRA framework, and a dream board aligning individual and organizational goals
