Frontier Nutrition partnered with Rippleworks to build a foundation for the sales team to support future growth.

A quick stop to eat, led Frontier Nutrition CEO Eddie Bearnot on a path to tackle malnutrition in Bangladesh, where 35% of the population remains food insecure. After scanning the aisles of a convenience store and finding snacks filled with carbs, sugar, and salt, Bearnot started working on an alternative — one that would bring affordable and nutritious snacks to the mainstream.

Frontier Nutrition develops and manufactures nutritious and affordable fortified snacks that satisfy cravings and prevent malnutrition in Bangladesh. They currently offer a range of products from lentil butter paste, chocolate bars, powdered drinks, biscuits, noodles, and hard candies.

One of Frontier Nutrition’s top priorities going into this project was developing a strong sales force to drive B2B sales and improve sales agent productivity.

Frontier Nutrition partnered with Doaa Fahmy, a global HR executive with international experience in CPG and tech. Together, they:

• Improved sales team performance and company culture.

• Created a competency framework for leaders in the sales department to better manage their team.

• Updated Frontier Nutrition’s commission structure and recognition programs.
