Fika works with governments and communities to provide vital connections to critical services like markets, jobs, schools, health clinics, and hospitals through the construction of trailbridges. Over the course of their twenty-year history, they have constructed or supported 350 trailbridges that serve more than 1.2 million people in 21 countries.
Fika’s top priority was increasing their staff’s work capacity by updating their internal technology systems. Fika partnered with Rippleworks to help replace their existing ERM systems.
