Cova partnered with Rippleworks to standardize their induction and training process
Cova provides water purification technology that is a low-cost, low-maintenance solution for rural communities. Cova believes that clean water lays the foundation for building a stronger, more prosperous life. With their Circuit Rider Model, Cova water technicians regularly travel to rural communities across Central America to provide training, capacity building, technical assistance, and water quality monitoring. These Circuit Riders travel to the 50-60 communities that they support, guaranteeing families have safe drinking water.
One of Cova’s top priorities going into this project was standardizing the induction and training process in order to expand its Circuit Rider Model to 30 districts in Central America.
Cova partnered with Fernando De Leon, an experienced leader in empowering leaders, teams and organizations to build the capabilities they need to achieve our mission. Together, they:
• Created a ready-to-use kit to train their staff and prepare the team to scale.
• Validated their service model and the power of travel and in-person work, resulting in coaching and skills training opportunities.
