Educate! partnered with Rippleworks to optimize their financial operations
Educate! reduces youth unemployment in Africa by helping young people start real businesses while still at school. Their model increases incomes by providing students with training and mentorship in leadership, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness skills.
Educate!’s top priority was improving and automating their manual finance processes as they prepare the organization for a new environment and business model. Educate! partnered with Rippleworks to develop and align their staff around new financial operating principles that utilize modeling to drive better decision making.
This was our third project and Rippleworks delivered exceptionally again!
As in the last two, we saw tremendous results—growth during the project and a clear path for a much higher level of performance moving forward.
