EarthEnable partnered with Rippleworks to define market segments and B2B value proposition targeting large institutional customers.

EarthEnable trains a network of micro-franchisees to install healthy and affordable housing products to rural families. EarthEnable develops ultra-affordable, extremely sustainable, and high-quality earthen housing products and construction techniques in their design lab. They then train and certify local masons who run profitable businesses selling and installing these products in their local communities. EarthEnable’s approach supports healthy and safe living conditions for rural families, increased incomes for masons, stronger rural economies, and ultimately a healthier planet.

One of EarthEnable’s top priorities going into the project was increasing revenue and supporting financial viability through government partnerships.

EarthEnable partnered with Hamza Rouissi, a marketer, technologist, and datasmith with experience building high-performing marketing teams. Together, they:

• Developed a clearer understanding of which market segments to focus on. 

• Created specific buyer personas and messaging for those segments.
