Doktuz is a Peruvian social, professional healthcare network that aims to transform the health experience for everyone. Doktuz model of care starts with prevention and utilizes technology and services designed for the patient to improve the structural determinants of health in the cities where Doktuz operates. With this approach, the company seeks to transform incentive systems in the healthcare industry by making preventative medicine common practice. 

One of Doktuz’s top priorities going into this project was creating an internal lead generation process to achieve its growth and scaling goals by 2025.

Doktuz partnered with Diego Bartoli, a growth marketing executive with 15+ years of experience in product marketing, customer acquisition, and lifecyscle management. Together, they:

• Carried out a market segmentation and a funnel analysis for both Doktuz Plus and Doktuz Clinic to understand their customer acquisition practices and flows.

• Developed change management techniques and coaching tools to navigate operational changes.
