Carina is solving the care gap in the homecare industry by connecting under-resourced care providers and care seekers through innovative technology and partnerships. The care worker is where their mission starts. Twenty percent of care workers live in poverty; forty percent rely on government services. Carina believes that if you give healthcare workers the tools to allow them to get better jobs and make a living wage, they can stay in this important field and provide better care.Â
One of Carina’s top priorities going into the project was maintaining a strong culture and efficient onboarding processes to execute on their growth and goals.
