No Means No Worldwide partnered with Rippleworks to segment the market and prioritize growth strategies.

No Means No Worldwide (NMNW) works to end sexual violence, which affects 35% of women globally and 45% in Africa, with nearly half of assaults targeting girls 15 or younger. Sexual violence causes deep personal trauma and fuels societal challenges like HIV, teen pregnancy, and school dropout. No Means No equips young people of all genders with the skills and motivation to protect themselves and others, breaking cycles of violence.

One of the NMNWs top priorities going into the project was expanding to new markets.

NMNW partnered with Michael Weiler, a product-first executive and startup founder, with 10+ years of experience in scaling consumer and B2B marketplaces, driving product-market fit, and executing successful go-to-market strategies. Together, they:

• Led the NMNW team through a creative exercise to identify new market segments and organizational assets to build on

• Developed and evaluated several business models to identify revenue-generating online services

• Designed a pitch deck and pilot to fundraise and test new service with real customers for feedback
