Education for Sharing partnered with Rippleworks to define their new organizational structure.
Education for Sharing (E4S) is an international nonprofit organization that fosters better global citizenship through educational innovation based on the power of play. To fulfill their mission of fostering better global citizenship from childhood, E4S has developed a wide range of educational interventions and networking opportunities focused on social needs and interests.
One of E4S’ top priorities going into the project was strengthening its presence in Latin America, consolidating existing chapters, and opening formal operations in Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Chile.
E4S partnered with Nikki Ferszt, a People and Talent executive. Together, they:
• Identified main challenges and gaps in current organizational structure
• Developed different iterations of E4S’ org structure to enable global operations
• Reviewed E4S’ strategy for future team and Board updates
