CommonLit partnered with Rippleworks to redesign their customer success operations to scale.

CommonLit is a nonprofit education technology organization dedicated to ensuring that all students, especially students in Title I schools, graduate with the reading, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills they need to be successful in college and beyond. CommonLit provides a core curriculum around reading in English and Spanish for teachers, and aligns student assessments to identify where students are struggling.

One of CommonLit’s top priorities going into the project was to redesign their customer success operations.

CommonLit partnered with Callie Williams Reynolds, an SaaS and technology expert with a career in building and scaling startups. Together, they:

• Redesigned customer success operations 

• Refreshed customer journey maps for customer segments 

• Designed a new team structure and created a roadmap for implementation
