Breakthrough Trust partnered with Rippleworks to define and implement operational values through their talent development systems.
Breakthrough Trust seeks to make violence against women and girls in India unacceptable by promoting positive gender norms and beliefs. Breakthrough works with young people, both boys and girls, aged 11-25 years and their communities, in some of the most gender discriminatory districts of India.
One of Breakthrough Trust’s top priorities going into this project was maintaining a strong sense of mission and values to ensure that the impact of their work stays intact in this next stage of scale.
