Leadership team turnover can be healthy to a venture’s journey to scale. The key is to be prepared. In this learning session, Senior Leaders in Human Resources will learn how to lead effective succession planning for their venture’s leadership team before leadership team turnover happens.
Specifically, they will:
- Learn effective succession planning techniques
- Prepare to support their venture through change in leadership
- Explore how to help new leaders succeed
- Gain access to a network of leaders across regions, sectors, and functional areas
This program will be offered in English. French and Spanish captions will also be provided.
Who Should Attend:
Human Resources leaders who are responsible for determining their organization’s people strategy.
We recommend two leaders from a venture participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership that make it easier to share learnings across a venture.
