In Shaping Your Employee Experience, leaders will learn how and when to approach different elements of the employee experience strategically with a deep dive on compensation and benefits and learning and development.

In this three-week virtual learning program, leaders will:

  • Assess their current approach to compensation and benefits, and how to improve it
  • Assess their current approach to learning and development, and how to improve it
  • Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world
