Senior leaders in Human Resources play a critical role to ensure their ventures deliver their best through healthy turnover. In this learning session, leaders will explore a case study with an experienced expert.
Specifically, they will:
- Learn to plan for healthy turnover
- Examine systems and processes to maintain institutional knowledge
- Explore techniques to maintain stability and a positive employee experience through turnover
- Gain access to a network of leaders across regions, sectors, and functional areas

Who Should Attend:
Human Resources leaders who are responsible for determining their organization’s people strategy.
We recommend two leaders from a venture participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership that make it easier to share learnings across a venture.
