People managers make their greatest impact when they show up as their best selves. Yet many find themselves sacrificing their own well-being while helping their teams navigate day-to-day challenges. Striking the right balance between caring for themselves, their team, and their organization begins with honing their focus, actively managing their energy, and embracing practices that help them adapt to changing conditions and expectations.
Specifically, they will:
- Rebalance their time to achieve what’s most important for them and their team
- Build habits that help them regain or sustain their energy
- Reduce resistance to change and uncertainty
- Utilize a tool to communicate their needs within their team
- Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world
Participants who complete the program can apply for personalized 1:1 coaching with certified coaches to deepen and sustain their growth.
This program will be offered in English (Zoom automated captions available in 35 languages).
