Mastering leadership begins with managing self

Social venture leaders achieve their greatest impact when they show up as their best selves. Too often, they sacrifice their own well-being to help their team overcome immediate challenges. Striking the right balance between caring for themselves, their team, and their organization starts with honing their focus, actively managing their energy, and embracing techniques to better adapt to changing conditions and environments.

Specifically, they will:

• Rebalance their time to achieve what’s most important for them and their team
• Build habits to regain or maintain their energy
• Reduce resistance around change and uncertainty
• Utilize a tool to communicate their needs within their team
• Gain access to a network of leaders across regions, sectors, and functional areas

This program will be offered in English, with interpretation and translation available in French and Spanish.

Who Should Attend:

Leaders who:

• Own strategy and operations for their function
• Manage one or more people
• Are a model and mentor to others at their venture
• Can devote the time to learn and grow with peers across the globe

We recommend two leaders from a venture participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership that make it easier to share learnings across a venture.
