Tracking and Communicating Impact

Turning impact data into compelling stories

Social ventures rely on data to demonstrate their impact, but the data they collect doesn’t always help them tell a compelling story. In this program, leaders responsible for monitoring and evaluation, data systems, marketing, fundraising, and strategy—including CEOs—will learn how to use the right data to communicate the impact their organizations create.

Specifically, they will:

  • Learn best practices in data collection
  • Evaluate which data will show the breadth and depth of impact
  • Learn frameworks for demonstrating impact using data
  • Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world

This program will be offered in English (Zoom automated captions available in 35 languages).

Who Should Attend:

Senior leaders (Director and above):

  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluation, data, analytics, or similar at their organization
  • Defining and sharing the organization’s impact narrative
  • Can devote the time to learn and grow with peers across the globe

We recommend that two leaders from an organization participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership that makes it easier to share learnings across an organization.
