New people managers play a critical role in their organization’s success. Transitioning from performing tasks independently to managing people is hard. This program supports new and rising people managers in developing the mindset, emotional intelligence, and critical managerial skills needed to become effective leaders.
Specifically, they will:
- Learn to build a trusted and safe environment for their teams to show up authentically
- Hone skills in providing actionable feedback to enhance their team’s performance
- Learn to coach team members to reach their full potential
- Explore approaches to guide team members to improve their performance
- Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world
