New and rising managers in social ventures are trusted to lead teams and drive impact. This program provides them with essential skills in decision-making, delegation, and fostering ownership to guide their teams toward shared success.
Specifically, they will:

- Have the opportunity to receive six sessions of 1×1 professional coaching
- Gain access to a global network of leaders across sectors and functional areas
This program will be offered in English with interpretation and translation in French (Zoom automated captions available in 35 languages).
