Cova has developed a low-cost, low-maintenance water treatment technology that can be locally sourced and attached to any rural community’s water tank, inactivating pathogens with controlled chlorine dosages and providing safe water for up to 1,000 people without electricity. To ensure sustainable results and long-term success, Cova engages Circuit Riders, who provide training, capacity building, technical assistance, and water quality monitoring to community water boards.
