Yoco’s top priority was to improve the digital user journey that customers go through on its website. Yoco had found itself evolving into a B2B ecommerce company, finding that nearly all of its sales were coming through its website. Yoco partnered with Rippleworks to optimize the web user experience in order to increase the conversion rate of potential customers.
We learned how to simplify and cultivate a mindset to genuinely design around customers. This sense of focus has permeated throughout Yoco, helping us to understand better how to grow by removing friction in the customer journey.

Yoco teamed with Rippleworks Expert Andrew Sandler, who has led product/design strategy at top ecommerce companies, such as Groupon, Eventbrite, Walmart.com, and Salesforce. Together, they:
• Gained deep user insights after redefining purpose and process for user interviews
• Redesigned website structure and content off of new user insights
• Created wireframes for two high priority pages
• Developed structured experiments to allow Yoco to gain insights and iterate in order to drive user conversion
