Reverie’s top priority was to prepare for scalable growth and longevity by designing elegant APIs that enable thousands of developers to build lightweight enterprise applications. Reverie partnered with Rippleworks to develop a scalable go-to-market strategy and developer experience.
Reverie is a brilliant set of linguists and software engineers but they had never rolled out a developer API set before.

• Designed a new API developer experience and wireframes; identified changes for scalability, including extensibility
• Defined key API capabilities within platform marketecture; verified the scalability of Reverie’s API platform and architecture
• Created a partner and developer recruitment strategy
• Evaluated third-party technologies for API management, as well as third-party pricing models and their impacts
• Explored a go-to-market strategy and functionality phasing, as well as ancillary service revenue opportunities including support, partnerships, resellers, and system integrators
