Laboratoria partnered with Rippleworks to build the data system to further business growth

Laboratoria gives young women from underserved backgrounds across Latin America the skills and training they need to build a career in tech. Through a full-time six-month bootcamp, Laboratoria trains them to become software developers and user experience designers, equipping them with skills most demanded.

Laboratoria’s top priority was to improve the way they collect, manage, and analyze data across their programs. Laboratoria partnered with Rippleworks to automate processes in web data collection techniques, database development and data analysis including security, deployment, and maintenance.

The collaboration with Rippleworks led to the design and construction of a key piece of technology for Laboratoria.

It has helped us scale our impact, providing our program applicants with a better experience and helping our team acquire new key data skills.

—Laboratoria CEO Mariana Costa
