Apli partnered with Rippleworks to increase customer retention through customer-centric product design
Apli is bringing more meaningful employment to thousands of people across Latin America by creating a platform specifically designed for the gig economy, connecting on-demand certified workers with employers in as little as three hours.

Apli’s top priority was increasing customer retention for their employers they serve, specifically by having stronger customer-centric design of its platform. Apli partnered with Rippleworks to learn how to develop a human-centered design methodology so Apli can better understand their customers and meet their needs.

Our Rippleworks sprint had a huge impact on how we design and build products. The Rippleworks team found George, an amazing expert who’s one of the very best in the tech industry. • Defined Apli’s value proposition and customer profiles

• Prioritized most important customer pain points and potential features to meet those pain points

• Developed a framework based on creating hypotheses, designing experiments, and testing
