• Identified and prioritized business goals Andela using data and analytics
• Defined executive KPIs using clear quantitative definitions and consistent data sources
• Baselined KPIs based on data availability and validation; conducted gap analysis between baseline and ideal state
• Built a centralized data warehouse and connected executive KPI data sources to data warehouse
• Defined organizational structure of the data and analytics team by outlining key capabilities and mapping current resources to the future state of the org structure
• Defined job descriptions and began recruiting for key hires, including the Head of Data Analytics
