Khan Academy partnered with Rippleworks to analyze their growing audience and increase donor retention

Khan Academy provides learning tools, such as practice exercises and instructional videos, to bring access to world-class education to anyone, anywhere.

Khan Academy’s top priority was to improve donor retention, identifying the most efficient ways to convert its growing audience into first-time donors and retaining them as on-going supporters. Khan Academy partnered with Rippleworks to maximize insights from Khan Academy’s data to power donation growth in 2019.

This project helped us narrow in on our key challenge and gave us a useful framework for tackling it.

Our team still uses that framework to help shape their thinking when facing new challenges.
