Laboratoria

Venture: Laboratoria brings tech training to young women from underserved backgrounds across Latin America so they can build a career in the digital sector. Laboratoria has trained more than 800 young women, with an 80 percent job placement rate.

Project: Laboratoria partnered with Rippleworks to create a single database to manage and track all of its students in their resulting careers.
